Thanksgiving Townhall & Food Giveaway!

With Thanksgiving around the corner we were happy to host another Townhall for the Lao community last Saturday at the Lao Buddhist Temple of North Philadelphia. This opportunity allowed us to share important organizational updates from Lao Buddhist Temple of North Philadelphia, Louk Lahn Champa & us. During the event, we gathered feedback on future informational workshops and provided credit relief options for PECO bills through Lao language speaking staff. To end the occasion, we gave away culturally relevant foods for the Thanksgiving holiday, including Mama brand ramen noodles and green papaya. Thank you to Catzie, Vickie, Davina, Roum, Layla, Andie, Teena, Aenoy, Laae, Robert, Bo and Methea! It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and support our community!
