“Hate Is A Virus” “Love Is The Cure” - a free digital download to be used at protests, rallies, wherever. Designed in collaboration with Laos In The House by artist Tina Nguyen, who was inspired by symbols of healing and growth. The reiki symbol, Cho Ku Rei, represents power and protection while the Vayu Mudra, the gesture for air practiced in meditation, is for lightness and breath. Says Tina,“The dandelion is my wish for the world... One small mark can be embodied with so much meaning and intention, I hope these symbols resonate and bring strength to our grieving community.”
Tina Nguyen is a Philadelphia based artist and designer specializing in digital illustration and textile design. She is Vietnamese by ethnicity with roots in Laos where her father was born and spent his childhood. Tina is plant obsessed and loved by dogs.
